A handy utility written in Java, which enables the typing of Thai characters without needing a Thai keyboard. Simply type Latin characters in the lower panel, and Thai characters appear in the upper panel. The Thai which appears is Unicode text, which may be copy-and-pasted into a Unicode document as required. The encoding of Thai with the Latin alphabet is shown in the list at the right, and may be changed if desired.
